For the future

Empowering leaders and organizations to re-envision their future and thrive in a rapidly globalizing world shaped by advanced technologies.

OUR MISSION

In today’s increasingly globalized world, the growing complexity of society makes it challenging for individuals and organizations to clearly envisage their future. Our name, Edvisage, expresses our commitment to helping people and organizations envision new possibilities through education. We are especially focused on supporting the development of global leaders—those who can navigate diverse environments and lead across cultures. Our approach is inspired by the dual roots of the word “education”: educare, which means to guide by providing essential knowledge and perspectives, and educere, which means to draw out the inherent strengths and potential within each person or team.

OUR APPROACH

1

Applying both Cross-Cultural Learning and Adult Learning & Development

Cultural diversity not only requires leaders to be aware of cultural differences and act empathetically, but also to reevaluate and renegotiate existing practices. With our expertise in adult learning and development, we support leaders to learn from such moments and seek new approaches.

2

Acknowledging the Difficulties of Change

As leaders and organizations explore new approaches, they will inevitably face the need for change to some extent. While this can be challenging, it can also turn into an opportunity for growth. We will support you during this process by leveraging our theoretical and practical knowledge of adult learning and development and help you build a growth-oriented organizational/team culture.

3

Aligning Learning Objectives with Organizational Context

It has to be noted, meantime, that the meaning of cultural diversity to an organization varies depending on its mission, challenges, and objectives at the time. Through initial consultations, we clarify the expected results of cross-cultural learning to maximize its benefit for individuals and organizations.
